Facebook offers help to prevent suicides

Facebook launched a service to its users allowing them to instantly connect with a counselor in a crisis if they are suicidal.
 The service, through Facebook chat system is a tool that offers the latest social network to improve the safety of its 800 million users.
 Earlier this year, Facebook announced changes so that users can report incidents of bullying, offensive content and fake profiles.
 "One goal is to make the person in distress receive appropriate help as soon as possible," said Fred Wolens, director of public policy for Facebook

He put his son in the washing machine and killed him

Paris .- The French public is appalled by the death of a small three years, Bastien, whom his father, "in a fit of madness," put  into the washing machine to punish him for being naughty at school. He died on Friday night because of injuries sustained.

In the past it was common for mothers are proud of their children when they are robust, because being overweight was considered synonymous with good food. Now, however, been found to constitute a health problem, which ultimately can lead to developmental consequences.

Childhood obesity has taken alarming proportions and is called by many specialists and health as a pandemic, because although in many cases is the result of various diseases, in our time is largely generated by a series of bad eating habits and physical inactivity.
